General Guidance
If you have symptoms or have been exposed, please quarantine until your PCR swab results have been received.
If you've had exposure, it is recommended to complete the 2019-nCov Symptom Self-Monitoring Log for at least 14 days from the date of exposure.
If you're experiencing symptoms including cough, fever, chills, shortness of breath, fatigue, body aches, headache, loss of taste/smell, sore throat, congestion, runny nose, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, please self-quarantine until your results are provided.
Go to the Emergency Room if you experience trouble breathing, chest pain/pressure, new confusion, inability to wake or stay awake, or bluish lips or face.
If you test positive for an antibody test, you may wish to have a formal blood draw and send off to our lab for definitive diagnosis of COVID-19 antibodies. If you have COVID-19, you may elect to donate your blood with the proper labs.
Employers will be notified of employee results if permission has been granted.
No test is ever perfect. All tests occasionally result in false positive results or false negative results. Sometimes the results are not definitive. For this and other reasons, results are always reviewed by our healthcare professionals.
