HOW TO ACCESS YOUR VACCINE RECORD THROUGH CVMS

NASAL SWAB (PCR) TEST:

  • The delivery of patient specimens to our lab occurs at the end of each day.
  • All specimens collected during the day are taken in-bulk to the lab once all testing is complete for the day, not as individual specimens are collected.
  • Your results will typically be available within 48-72 hours after our lab receives your specimen at the end of your testing day. These times can vary based upon testing volume spikes.
  • You will receive a HIPAA compliant text message that will include a link that you will click in order to view your results.
  • In the text message you receive, click on the link that is provided
  • Verify your name at the top of the link that opens
  • Next, enter your date of birth in the appropriate field
  • Please note: results will only be available via this link for 7 days, so be sure to print and save for your records.

RAPID ANTIBODY (BLOOD SERUM) TEST:

  • Results will be available within 5-10 minutes of being administered by a StarMed Medical Assistant
