StarPass Family — $99/month for the first person, $15/month for each additional person, up to four people.
Our Family Plan allows you to make sure everyone you love is covered. This plan is split among four (4) family members. This plan includes…
- Twelve (12) in-office/virtual visits per year
- Annual flu shot for each family member
- 20% discount on all other services including labs, X-rays, POC testing, and in-office medications
StarPass Business — $55/month per employee
Our Business Plan lets employers offer healthcare to their employees in an affordable way. Employers will also get access to an employee portal where they can easily manage their employees’ enrollment and billing. Each employee with a membership receives:
- Six (6) in-office/virtual visits per year
- Annual flu shot
- 20% discount on all other services including labs, X-rays, POC testing, and in-office medications
- Employees can upgrade to the Family plan for just $15/month more and have their entire family covered
Q: How does billing work?
A: When you enroll in a plan, you’re committing to the plan for 12 months. There will be a one-time activation fee of $90, then the monthly cost of the plan will come out automatically each month.
For example, if you sign up for the Basic plan, you’ll pay the activation fee of $90, then be charged $49 each month for 12 months.
