Full Job Description
StarMed Healthcare is looking for a Recruiting Specialist to assist our Recruitment Team. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, outgoing individual who always represents the company with discretion, professionalism, and a positive attitude!
Responsibilities
- Work under the direction of the Recruiter to assist with aspects of the hiring process
- Support hiring process for COVID-19 testing
- Coordinate staffing for the COVID-19 testing events
- Handle call-outs and back-fill positions as needed
- Travel to testing sites to fill in as needed
Requirements
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Positive attitude
- Strong phone and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Problem solver
- Self-starter
- Team player but also comfortable working independently
- Fast learner

Schedule
- 8 hour shift
- Monday-Friday
Education and Experience
- Associates Degree or higher (preferred)
- 1 year minimum of Recruiting Experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
