Full Job Description

StarMed Healthcare is looking for a Recruiting Specialist to assist our Recruitment Team. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, outgoing individual who always represents the company with discretion, professionalism, and a positive attitude!

Responsibilities

  • Work under the direction of the Recruiter to assist with aspects of the hiring process
  • Support hiring process for COVID-19 testing
  • Coordinate staffing for the COVID-19 testing events
  • Handle call-outs and back-fill positions as needed
  • Travel to testing sites to fill in as needed

Requirements

  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong phone and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Problem solver
  • Self-starter
  • Team player but also comfortable working independently
  • Fast learner

Job Types

  • Full-time

Schedule

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday-Friday

Education and Experience

  • Associates Degree or higher (preferred)
  • 1 year minimum of Recruiting Experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
