Full Job Description
StarMed Healthcare is one of the fastest growing, independently owned medical practices based in Charlotte, North Carolina. We are currently hiring experienced APPs for both our Primary Care and Urgent Care/Occupational Medicine clinics.
Compensation
- Highly Competitive Salary – ranging from 110k-130k based on experience
- Partnership eligibility
- Bonus eligibility (based on RVU’s, Quality of Care metrics, demonstration of Core Values)
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care in a Family Practice setting and cultivate long term relationships with your patients.
- Provide urgent care/occupational services in an Urgent Care setting. DOT certification required but will offer training and stipend for the course.
- Comfortable having 25-30 patients per day on schedule
- Perform physical exams and patient observations
- Record patient medical histories and symptoms
- Create patient care plans and contribute to existing plans
- Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests
- Monitor and operate medical equipment
- Prescribe medications as needed
- Must be fully licensed in the state of North Carolina and hold appropriate board certifications
Requirements
- Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Willingness to travel to different locations if needed
