Charlotte, North Carolina

Full Job Description

This position is on the COVID-19 Response team that reports to Regional COVID Response Manager to help facilitate the daily operations of COVID testing and vaccine sites in designated territory

Responsibilities

Staffing:

  • Regular meetings with HR Rep to assist in event staffing.
  • Site Leads: Ensure each event in your territory has a Site Lead. Provide coverage as needed.
  • Support Staff: Site Leads will notify you of call outs, you will be responsible to work with HR Rep to provide coverage as needed.

Inventory Management:

  • Electronic Technology: You will be responsible for maintaining all required tech and ensuring each site has the tech they need. Make sure you have enough emergency supplies at your Hub and request resupplies as needed.
  • County Point of Contact: Work with Regional Manager to ensure county Health Departments expectations are being met. Weekly Meeting to check in with the counties via Teams.

Event Scheduling:

  • Conduct site visits for new locations as needed. Monitor any new event requests and prepare accordingly.

Management:

  • Conduct regular site visits at established sites to ensure operations are running smoothly. Oversee safety standards and protocol at each site. Manage all Site Leads in your territory.

Troubleshooting:

  • When problems arise you address and resolve them. Understand which problems need to be escalated.

Training:

  • Complete all required training modules for each position you manage. Make sure all Site Leads and Support Staff have adequate training and have completed the appropriate modules. A one hour in person training with any new Site Leads. Complete quarterly skills assessment with Site Leads. Travel to multiple site events.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Ability to work under pressure and problem solve.
  • Must be able to manage and foster a team environment.
  • High School Diploma
  • Comfortable working outside.
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to squat, carry, and kneel.
