StarMed Healthcare is looking for Bilingual Call Center Representatives to assist with incoming and outgoing calls in regards to our COVID-19 program. The ideal candidate will possess above average customer service skills, a positive attitude and a friendly voice to meet the needs of our patients during this unprecedented time.
Responsibilities
- Must be comfortable with incoming and outgoing calls in both English & Spanish
- Strong Customer Service mindset, with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure a pleasant patient experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
