Full Job Description
StellarMed, a StarMed Healthcare clinic, is one of the fastest growing, independently owned medical practices based in Jacksonville, North Carolina. We are currently hiring experienced APPs for an Urgent Care/Occupational Medicine clinic in Jacksonville, NC.
Compensation
- Highly Competitive Salary – ranging from 110k-130k based on experience
- Sign on bonus – 5-10k based on experience
- Partnership eligibility
- Bonus eligibility (based on RVU’s, Quality of Care metrics, demonstration of Core Values)
Responsibilities
- Provide urgent care services in an Urgent Care setting. DOT certification required but will offer training and stipend for the course.
- Comfortable having 25-30 patients per day on schedule
- Perform physical exams and patient observations
- Record patient medical histories and symptoms
- Create patient care plans and contribute to existing plans
- Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests
- Monitor and operate medical equipment
- Prescribe medications as needed
- Must be fully licensed in the state of North Carolina and hold appropriate board certifications
Requirements
- Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Willingness to travel to different locations if needed
